Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs Estimation

You can estimate shipping costs for a specific product in the product info page. The shipping costs estimate for products in the shopping cart can be found at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

Costs of different shipping methods are estimated by products’ weight/volume and your location. In most cases, our shipping costs estimate is accurate. However, in some cases, the shipping costs estimate may not be accurate due to outdated freight data or missing/incorrect product’s weight. Moreover, there may be surcharge for your delivery address or special product handling charged by the carrier. In these cases, you may ask for a refund for the overpaid shipping cost or we may contact you to make another payment for the shortage.

Sometimes, you may find the product’s weight shown on the web page is not equal to the actual weight. This will happen when the product has a large volume compared with its actual weight and the carrier will calculate the weight by the product’s volume. Or, when we are offering a discount on the product’s shipping cost, we may change the weight to a lower value.

Tax and Surcharge

All shipping costs don’t include the tax that may be charged by your customs. If you have special instructions about the declared value or product description for your shipment, please leave your comments when you place the order or contact our Customer Service.

If your address is at remote area, an Extended Area Surcharge will be required. In this case, we will contact you to make the payment for the surcharge so that the parcel can be delivered.

Unsuccessful Delivery

You must leave correct address and phone number when you place an order. We assume no liability for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect, insufficient, or outdated address and phone number, unclaimed or rejected parcel, or undeliverable address. You take the responsibility for the correct consignee information and pay for any surcharge of changing your address with the carrier, return shipment and re-shipment charges incurred.

Instructions on Parcel Receiving

When you receive the parcel, please inspect the outside and inside carefully before signing the air waybill.

If you find everything is fine after inspection, please sign the air waybill and accept the parcel.

If you find the item delivered is wrong and you don’t want to keep anything inside the parcel, you may reject the parcel immediately without signing the air waybill. If you want to keep the wrong item or the parcel is only partially wrong, you may receive the parcel and refer to the Return Policy for further action.

If you notice a parcel is damaged or left open, please follow the practice in Damaged Shipment Handling section.

If you find the parcel missing some item, please follow the practice in Parcel Missing Item section.

Damaged Shipment Handling

A parcel may be damaged, crashed or abnormally opened due to improper shipment handling. It may cause the item inside to be damaged or missing. In this case, you should take the following steps when you receive the parcel.

1) Take pictures of the parcel outside and inside to show the damage clearly. You pictures should also include the courier or his work identity card to prove that the pictures are showing the status of the parcel when you just receive it.

2) Keep the original packaging materials and products in the parcel the same as your received them.

3) Weigh the whole parcel. Take pictures of the parcel with its weight and all contents in the parcel.

4) Describe the parcel damage and its weight on the air waybill or another document with the courier’s signature.

5) Provide the above details to your local carrier and claim compensation.

Parcel Missing Item

If you notice a parcel is damaged or left open when you receive the parcel, please follow the practice in Damaged Shipment Handling section.

If you receive a parcel missing some item, you should take the following steps within two days after you receive the parcel.

1) Keep the original packaging materials and products in the parcel the same as your received them.

2) Weigh the whole parcel. Take pictures of the parcel with its weight and all contents in the parcel.

3) Provide our Customer Service with the above details, your order number and problem description.

We will investigate the problem and handle your request shortly. Failure to follow the above steps will result in a rejection of the claim.
